Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Timeshiit. The app is intended to help prepare draft timesheet entries from calendar data.
Purpose of the app
Timeshiit is a productivity tool that helps convert calendar events into draft timesheet entries. The output is intended to be reviewed and edited by the user before being submitted to any timesheet, billing, payroll, or business system.
User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the generated time entries before using or submitting them. Timeshiit may make incorrect assumptions based on event titles, categories, attendees, availability status, or imported calendar data.
No guarantee of accuracy
Timeshiit provides draft outputs only. It does not guarantee that generated time entries are complete, accurate, billable, compliant with your employer's policies, or suitable for invoicing.
Calendar access
If you connect Outlook, you authorise Timeshiit to read calendar event information for the purpose of creating draft timesheet entries. Timeshiit does not modify your calendar.
Acceptable use
You must not use Timeshiit to access, process, or export calendar data that you do not have permission to use. You must not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Third-party services
Timeshiit relies on third-party services such as Microsoft authentication, Microsoft Graph, and hosting infrastructure. Availability and permissions may depend on those third-party services and your organisation's settings.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use of Timeshiit means you accept the current terms.
