Privacy Policy

Timeshiit helps users turn calendar events into draft timesheet entries. This page explains what information is accessed, why it is used, and what choices users have.

Information we access

When you connect Microsoft Outlook, Timeshiit requests read-only access to your calendar. This may include calendar event details such as event title, start and end time, categories, attendees, location, availability status, recurrence information, and privacy settings.

How we use calendar data

Calendar data is used to generate draft time entries that you can review, edit, include, exclude, and export as a CSV file. Timeshiit does not modify your Outlook calendar.

ICS file imports

If you import an ICS calendar file, the file is processed to create draft time entries. The purpose is the same as the Outlook connection: to help you prepare timesheet information from your calendar.

Microsoft permissions

Timeshiit currently requests calendar read access only. It does not ask for permission to send emails, edit your calendar, delete events, or access your files.

Data storage

At this MVP stage, Timeshiit is designed to process calendar data for the purpose of generating draft timesheet entries. Do not upload or connect information you are not authorised to use.

Data sharing

Timeshiit does not sell user data to advertisers. Calendar data is used for the product workflow and is not used to advertise to you.

Your choices

You can choose not to connect Outlook and instead use the ICS file import option. You can also disconnect or revoke app access through your Microsoft account or organisation settings.
